I have worked for Ridge Insurance Agency for the last 22 years. I am licensed in property and casualty, along with life. Before working at Ridge, I had been employed at the Erie Claims Office in Warrendale for 15 plus years. I took time off from work to raise my two daughters and then started working for the Ridge Agency. I am the mother of 2 daughters, and I have 2 granddaughters and a grandson who is due in May 2026. My husband and I also watch our grand dog 3 days a week. My co-workers and boss, Bill, make it very easy to stay working at the agency.

Zachary began his insurance career full-time right after college at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He played football and wrestled at Mars High School and learned his core principles of teamwork, foundation, goal setting, and the pursuit of attaining said goals.  Zachary received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from IUP. Zachary worked at Ridge Insurance for 3 years right after college. He received his property and casualty insurance license and hit the ground running. He ventured away from his family business and learned the insurance world from a different perspective than working for his Father. He worked for Allstate for 9 years, winning the most covenant award in 2017, Producer of the Year in all of Allstate (There are over 20,000 licensed professionals selling insurance for Allstate). The award was won because of the most insurance applications written and the most insurance premiums written on an annual basis. Zachary rejoined the family business in 2020 and came back to Ridge Insurance Agency and his family business. Since his return, Ridge Insurance has won every contest administered and finished in the top tier 4 in every ABM contest. A feat that no other Erie agency has attained. Besides the sale of protection to clients, Zachary is most concerned with making sure his clients are properly protected at the lowest price possible. In his free time, Zachary loves watching his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers and golfing any chance he gets. Zachary loves spending time with his girlfriend, Dana, and his cherished fur animal, Gia. Kim began her insurance career in 1986 with Travelers Insurance as a Workers’ Compensation Medical Transcriptionist for Independent Medical Examinations. After starting a family, she left the city of Pittsburgh to work closer to home and joined the team at Ridge Insurance Agency in November 1998.  In 2000, Kim achieved her Property & Casualty license, and in 2013, added to that her Life license. Kim is also recognized as being the agency’s Office Manager.  In 2019, Kim was humbled to have received the prestigious 2018 Erie Insurance Quality Customer Service Agent Award, which was the highlight of her career. Insurance industry education is ongoing for Kim. She strives to bring her best to the table and treats others the way she would want to be treated. Kim is passionate about making sure clients are properly and securely covered to ensure their safety, their future, and their assets with the same coverage she has for herself or her own family. She prides herself on providing the utmost customer service that she can possibly deliver.  Kim is married with two adult sons and one grandson.   She has a deep love and respect for all animals, but most of all for her beloved dogs and cats.  In Kim’s spare time, she thoroughly enjoys being outdoors in the tranquility of nature, kayaking, horseback riding,  gardening, or taking a walk with her dogs.

Brandy Young, the newest Customer Service Representative at Ridge Insurance Agency Inc., started on February 4th, 2025. I joined the Ridge family with over ten years of experience in the insurance field and over twenty years of experience in customer service-related roles. I am a graduate of Duquesne University with a BSBA in Business Administration and currently hold licenses for property, casualty, life, and health insurance. I look forward to coming to work every day, learning new things, growing in the field, and helping you insure what is most important to you. I am also a mom of two young men and a wife to my husband for nearly 25 years.
